L.E.K. Consulting, a global management consulting firm, announced 10 partner promotions in its US offices. The Boston-headquartered firm also admitted eight new partners in its international operations.

L.E.K.’s 10 new US partners are:
TJ Bilodeau (Boston) has 15 years of healthcare and life sciences consulting experience, with a focus on growth strategy for emerging and midsize biopharmas. He has deep expertise in strategic planning, commercialization strategy, portfolio optimization, and transaction support. Bilodeau joined L.E.K. in 2005.
Paul Bromfield (New York) has more than 20 years of strategic advisory and executive experience with products and industrial companies. Prior to joining L.E.K. as a principal in 2019, he spent 11 years at building materials company GAF, where he was head of marketing and general manager of the solar business unit. Before that, he spent eight years at Katzenbach Partners (now PwC’s Strategy&), where he advised on strategy, organizational design, and change management.
Amanda Davis Winters (New York) has spent 10 years at L.E.K., primarily advising clients in packaging, chemicals, and environmental services. She has deep expertise in market entry strategy, market segment prioritization, go-to-market and commercial planning, inorganic growth strategy, and due diligence.
Lauren DeVestern (Boston) has been at L.E.K. for 10 years, and is a member of the firm’s consumer and retail practice. She leads L.E.K.’s pet industry practice, advising on growth, channel and market strategy, brand positioning, and M&A, among other areas.
Amar Gujral (Houston) advises energy and utilities clients on growth strategy and commercial due diligence. Prior to joining L.E.K. in 2019 as a principal, Gujral was an engagement manager at Strategy&, an equity research analyst at Guggenheim Partners, and a senior consultant at oil & gas specialist PacWest Consulting Partners.
Tian Han (Los Angeles) provides business and product strategy, commercial planning, and transaction support to life sciences clients. He has expertise across precision medicine, diagnostics, research tools, and therapeutic bioprocessing. Han joined L.E.K. in 2008.
Geoff McQueen (Los Angeles) works with clients in sports, streaming, TV, live events, and digital fitness – providing advisory support on growth, market expansion, new products, and M&A. Prior to joining L.E.K. in 2013, McQueen spent five years in the corporate partnerships department of the Tampa Bay Rays baseball team.
Tim O’Neil (Chicago) advises building products and construction clients on growth strategy, pricing strategy, and M&A. He has spent 5 years at L.E.K., and was previously a segment manager at James Hardie Building Products.
Dominic Perrett (San Francisco) is part of the firm’s technology practice, and has led over 100 engagements in the sector. He advises corporate and private equity clients on growth, new products, transactions, pricing, and customer segmentation. Perrett joined L.E.K. in 2011.
Emile Santos (New York) works with clients in consumer products, health and wellness, retail, and automotive. He has expertise across consumer-led growth strategy, consumer insights, brand positioning, customer experience and loyalty, and new product development. Santos has been at L.E.K. for 12 years.
