Victoria Mio will join Fidelity International in Hong Kong as director, Asian equities, effective Sept. 14.
The position is new, a spokeswoman said. Ms. Mio will oversee Fidelity International’s research management team across the firm’s Asian investment offices, reporting to Ned Salter, Hong Kong-based head of equities Asia ex-Japan and global research.
Ms. Mio was China chief investment officer and co-head of Asia-Pacific equities at Robeco Asset Management. Jie Lu, currently the firm’s head of research, China, will take over Ms. Mio’s responsibilities, a Robeco spokesman said.
