We’ve got an exciting opportunity to join our team as Sales & Marketing Coordinator.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step up your career in sales and marketing and get hands-on B2B and B2C skills and experience. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you’ll assist our sales and marketing departments with proposals, events, set-ups, digital marketing (including social media & SEO), CRM coordination and a lot more. You’ll work directly with our internal teams, customers and vendors.

Chef Works is the world’s largest hospitality uniform brand, supplying hospitality distributors, along with the best and brightest chefs and hospo professionals.
Entity Brands is a wholesale B2B brand house, supplying branded uniform and distributors with brands, including Nike and The North Face.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Critical to the success of our sales and marketing teams, you’re the go-to for what’s needed to get it over the line; whether that be closing a massive deal, conducting SEO research or organising the next tradeshow.
Full on-the-job training will be provided. Close attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills are critical to success.
We’ll allow you to step up and take full responsibility for your role and love what you do.
Key tasks:
· Tender & key client visual proposals
· Tradeshow and event organisation and delivery
· Compiling reports and data for analysis
· Sales support/enablement resources, including pitch decks and presentations
· Internal showroom management
· Re-seller (customer) on-site set-up organisation and delivery
· Customer Relationship Management (CRM) organisation
· Marketing and sales calendar & schedule organisation
· Social media management (Entity Brands)
· Liaise essential information between departments.
About you:
A passion for customer experience is essential, as is the desire to learn and grow continually. You enjoy working as a team towards a common goal.
Essential skills, experience and attitude:
· At least 1 year working in a professional sales and/or marketing setting, or, a recent formal qualification in a marketing related discipline
· Highly organised, with the ability to effectively manage a large and fast-moving workload efficiently and accurately
· Ability to stay calm under pressure
· Exceptional attention to detail
· Outstanding spoken and written communication skills
· Ability to quickly learn software (SaaS) programs
· Basic design skills on Canva or similar
· You love to learn and grow. Marketing moves rapidly and you need to keep pace. You’re expected to become an expert in our products and services
· Australian permanent residency or citizenship.
Valuable experience:
· Basic design skills on Adobe’s InDesign or Illustrator
· Creative flair
· Experience with digital marketing channels
· Experience with CRM software (especially Hubspot)
