An upcoming focus group will look at increasing collaboration efficiencies between community service providers and Alberta Health Services’ addictions and mental health team.
On Tuesday, March 18 on the second floor of the Healthcare Centre, you’ll have your chance to give input and discuss opportunities for increased collaboration and coordination between community service providers and Alberta Health Services..
A better understanding will be explored in areas for improved collaboration and coordination of services. The project team will also be looking to obtain information from you, community service providers, regarding their services as they are actively building a comprehensive service delivery database of addiction and mental health services in the North Zone, both internal and external to AHS.
Following the various focus group sessions across the North Zone, information obtained will be compiled to better inform best practice delivery of addiction and mental health services as well, as co-creation of a potential model of a centralized access within the North Zone.
All community service providers within the scope of the focus group are welcome, and will start at 10:30 am on March 18, and run until approximately noon. Attendance can be confirmed by e-mailing Paul Agbulu ([email protected]), as well as any questions regarding the focus groups.
