InSites Hires and Promotes in Rotterdam

In Rotterdam, Netherlands, global consumer agency InSites Consulting has appointed former Haystack Consulting exec Kjell Massen as Business Director; and moved Margot Schuil to the role of Global Client Partner. Niels Schillewaert takes over Schuil’s former role as country MD.
Founded in 1997, InSites Consulting now has a team of 600 based in seventeen offices across five continents. Last year, it acquired Paris, France-based creative crowdsourcing firm eÿeka, and two community specialists, UK-based Join the Dots and Asia-based ABN Impact.
Massen, who was previously ESOMAR representative for the Netherlands, joins from multisensory researcher Haystack Consulting, where he worked as Country Manager for the Netherlands, prior to which he spent more than fourteen years at Ruigrok NetPal, latterly as a Senior Market Researcher and Partner. In his new role, Massen is tasked with growing the local team and guiding clients.
Also in the Rotterdam office, Schuil has been promoted after more than four years with the business. She previously worked for Mars as Brand Development Manager Europe, having earlier been the firm’s Consumer Insights Manager – Communication. Company co-founder Schillewaert takes over Schuil’s previous position as Managing Director in the Netherlands, after serving as Managing Partner USA, based in New York.
