New Senior Investment Group, which belongs to the Zacks REIT and Equity Trust – Residential industry, posted revenues of $86.21 million for the quarter ended December 2019, missing the Zacks Consensus Estimate by 25.19%. This compares to year-ago revenues of $118.47 million. The company has not been able to beat consensus revenue estimates over the last four quarters.

The sustainability of the stock’s immediate price movement based on the recently-released numbers and future FFO expectations will mostly depend on management’s commentary on the earnings call.

New Senior Investment Group shares have added about 0.7% since the beginning of the year versus the S&P 500’s decline of -3.5%.
