Dimitar Berbatov is now very close to ending his career. That was what he hinted at, admitting that he had not received any offers from football clubs during the summer.
“Maybe after a while I will decide how my career will develop in the future – whether it’s time and maybe it’s time to stop football, but on the other hand, is it easy to stop what you love and what you did your whole life but there is a moment to make the decision, “said the 37-year-old striker who in March ended his latest commitment to the Indian Kerala Blasters.
On Sunday, Berbatov was back at Beroe’s match against Slavia of Vasil Levski. He also played in this pre-season training a little for the Stara Zagora team with friends in the coaching team – Alexander Tomasch, Konstantin Mirchev and Todor Kyuchukov. So far, Beroe has not invited to the former Tottenham and Manchester United striker.
