Revelstoke Capital Partners has raised nearly $1.4 billion to back new deals and recapitalize an older one.
The midmarket firm has raised $714 million for its second fund, which is focused on health-care companies. It has also raised a further $660 million for the Revelstoke Single Asset Fund I LP, which the firm is using to recapitalize Upstream Rehabilitation Inc., a physical therapy chain that the firm backed in 2015 out of its debut fund.
