Hearts of Oak wingback Raddy Ovouka has been named into the seven man shortlist vying for the 2020 Congo Brazzaville footballer of the year award.
His stellar performance in the year under review for the Phobians caught the good eyes of the Congolese Football Federation there by leading to his nomination.
