Ghanaian forward Nasiru Mohammed has tested positive for COVID-19 and has since started a 14-day quarantine.
The attacker was part of seven Levski Sofia players to test positive for the virus after a run of test during the week.
The following players Valeri Bozhinov, Alex Petkov, Nasiru Mohammed, Toma Daske, Ivaylo Naidenov, Iliya Dimitrov and Deyan Ivanov all tested positive on Thursday.
A day earlier Steven Petkov, Mateo Stamatov, Marin Petkov and Georgi Alexandrov also recorded positive results.
All seven players plus four staff members are self isolating.
The situation is likely to force a postponement of their league game against Lokomotiv Plodiv.
The number of positive cases has since risen in the Bulgaria forcing the games between Botev (Vratsa) – Slavia and Tsarsko Selo – Beroe to be postponed.
