Netquest Adds Online Groups Option

In Barcelona, Spain, online opinion and behavioral data specialist Netquest has launched an Online Focus Group solution.
The firm was established in 2001 and boasts consumer panel and data collection capabilities in more than 20 countries. The new offering uses the Cisco Webex Meetings platform, combined with Netquest’s online access panel, and allows for the sending of pre-session reminders and the management and delivery of participant incentives.
Marketing Director Ferrán Savín comments: ‘In the current difficult circumstances, which complicate doing face-to-face research, we believe Online Focus Groups can help many companies to keep their projects ongoing by enabling online qualitative studies. On the other hand, one of the greater advantages of Netquest panels is that we can offer our clients the sample they are looking for, thanks to our profiling system’.
