The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for individual idols!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community awareness indexes of 1,425 idols, using big data collected from July 29 to August 29.
BLACKPINK’s Jennie topped this month’s list with a brand reputation index of 10,509,374, marking a whopping 553.74 percent increase in her score since May (the last time the rankings were published).
High-ranking phrases in Jennie’s keyword analysis included “YouTube,” “SOLO,” and “individual poster,” while her highest-ranking related terms included “admire,” “surpass,” and “bewitch.” Jennie’s positivity-negativity analysis revealed a score of 90.74 percent positive reactions.
BTS’s Jimin came in second place with a brand reputation index of 9,814,771 for August, marking a 26.96 percent rise in his score since May.
Finally, Kang Daniel took third place in the rankings after enjoying a 56.90 percent increase in his index since May for a total of 7,970,334.
