The Consultancy Procurement Council key findings from annual Consultancy Category Management Survey
‘This Survey highlights a need for Procurement to set ambitious but realistic targets which reflect the scale of the opportunity to drive substantial savings but also the standards set by their consultancy category peers rather than in working in other more mature categories,” said Consultancy Procurement Council Director, Alan Gotto. “A category manager who increases spend influenced from 20% to 40% should recognise their success at bringing 100% more spend under management.” For more information contact [email protected]
